Low impact class that focuses on functional movements, full range of motion and alignment. Originally derived from ballet, barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Build and strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength, flexibility and posture while getting a lean and toned look. 

 

Full body workout, focusing on small, isolated groups of muscles. Both former dancers and no prior dance experience will enjoy and benefit from the upbeat nature of barre workouts.
