CrossFit is the "sport of fitness" that is sweeping the nation. It's comprised of a community of people who agree that easy isn't good enough, and everyday is a new chance to challenge your fitness level.
We use traditional Olympic weightlifting coupled with numerous body weight exercises to take our human capabilities to new peaks.
CrossFit is a successful program because it offers us clear ways to benchmark our progress and find areas that may need improvement. It's goal is to increase your general physical preparedness (ready for anything life throws us) as well as ensuring that although we may not be "great" at everything, we strive to be bad at nothing!
