FITEDGE FUNCTIONAL GROUP TRAINING
There is no question why FITedge has been our strongest group training program for 15+ years now. FITedge values movement as a tool to improve health and vitality. The program brings awareness to its participants regarding mindset, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and aerobic capacity in order to teach the most efficient ways to improve all of these categories while minimizing the risk of injury in doing so. It is a complete mind-body connection. FITedge believes that an understanding of movement leads to an overall better quality of life through self confidence and independence. Together we learn, train and grow through private sessions, small group settings and team training.
One hour classes offered several times a day ranging from 5:15AM to 7PM led by the top functional fitness trainers in the area. FITedge is a non-intimidating environment that allows all ability levels to grow and succeed one step closer to their goals.
