An immersive cycling experience with color-coded intensity, driving music, LED lights, and performance-based coaching.

Slow burning muscular endurance, balance, and sculpting strength through precision movement.

Barrelates

Combines core-focused Pilates with high-burn barre work to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize in a shorter class.

Stretch, restore, and reset—yoga built to support performance and recovery.

Intro to Cycling

This 30-minute small-group session helps new riders master bike setup and color zones with individual coaching to prepare for Cycle by Color. Run 2x per month please see the schedule and sign up on the app so we can plan for your attendance.

Silver Sneakers

A supportive low impact fitness class designed for our older active adult population. Built to help you balance better, feel stronger, and stay independent.
