Fitness Concepts


FITedge training is…
  • 12 week session
  • 1, 2, or 3x/weeks
  • Choose from Tue/Thurs 5:15a or  5:45p & Sat 8:15a (1 hour sessions)
  • Indoor/outdoor Metabolic fitness training for maximal calorie burn and muscle toning
  • Nutritional Analysis       
  • Bi-weekly weigh ins
Registration Fees:
Fees will be financed on a monthly basis
through an electronic funds system
(Drop in Rate $20)
(1x/wk=$17 per session)($68 monthly fee)
(2x/wk=$15 per session)($120 monthly fee)
(3x/wk=$12 per session)($144 monthly fee)

Core strength and stabilization is the key to not only every sport, but also a healthier life. This workout is for any and all ability levels, low impact and advanced
options will be provided to suit your needs.

We will cover every core muscle from your waist to your chest (Internal stabilizers,
external mobilizers, inner and outer obliques all the way around to the lower back). 
Using cutting edge training techniques such as :
  • medicine balls
  • resistance bands,
  • stability balls
  • body weight
  • trx bands
You will feel your midsection getting stronger
fitter and tighter after each and every workout.

$50 Members/$69 Non-Members
