There are several membership pacakages available here at Fitness Concepts. You will find that we cater to every type of fitness individual. All the way from short term to long term plans, you will find that Fitness Concepts has a membership option suitable for you.
Our Options for Long Term Membership Include:
1. 12-Month Membership Paid Monthly by Automatic Withdrawal (Credit Card, Debit Card, Checking Account or Savings Account)
2. 12-Month Membership Paid-In-Full
*With both of the 12-Month Memberships, we offer first visit incentives. **With both of the 12-Month Memberships, we include a 21 Day Comfort Guarantee (Talk to a Fitness Consultant for more details).
We also offer a Senior Citizen discounted membership for individuals ages 65 or older:
1. 12-Month Membership Paid Monthly by Automatic Withdrawal (Credit Card, Debit Card, Checking Account or Savings Account)
2. 12-Month Membership Paid-In-Full
Other options include Short Term Memberships:
1. Month to Month Membership -- automatic withdrawal without a long term commitment.
2. One Month Membership -- one month at your convienience.
3. Three Month Membership -- perfect for any seasonal type workout.
4. Punch Card Membeship -- 10 visits to the gym without an expiration date.
We also have a 14-Day free trial membership. If you are interested in talking to a Fitness Consultant regarding membership, please call the club for more information.
Cancellation and Freeze Policy:
Whether you commit for a period of time or if you pay month to month, don’t forget about our “freeze option.” If you go away on vacation, if your work schedule gets hectic, or if any unsuspected event should arise which causes you to be unable to make it to the gym, we allow you to put your membership on freeze for up to three months per year. There’s a $5.00 charge per month to keep your account activated. Speak to a Fitness Consultant if you have any further questions about this.
If for some reason you can no longer continue your membership at Fitness Concepts, we allow you to either send us a letter of cancellation or fill out a cancellation form at the club. Whichever is more convenient for you. Our Fitness Consultants can assist you with this process as well.
