Meet Paul- He has exercised before and tried all the "get thin quick" diet programs. Some even worked for a while but it was never permanent. Paul began working with me in January 2008, during our Biggest Loser event. He lost 30lbs in the 12 week program, coming in second, and then lost over 50lbs. As important as exercising with me twice a week and on his own, Paul has taken control of his food - he eats better than ever before, and it has all helped him get in the best shape of his life - just in time for his first child to be born. Paul said to me while we trained on Wednesday, "If i can achieve these results anyone can."

Meet Michelle- She joined Fitness Concepts in December '07 after no longer being able to stand how miserable she was and realized how poorly it was affecting her marriage and family. Michelle joined our Biggest Loser program in Jan '08 and dropped 15lbs. Frustration set in shortly after when the weight loss seized. Michelle was finally convinced by one of my participants to join our group sessions at 5:15am. Michelle then convinced me to hold more morning sessions and a Saturday group workout. This gave us more time to network, stay on track, and trade nutritional information. Michelle dropped another 34lbs making a total loss of 49lbs!
